I'm an entrepreneur on a mission to help people build the skills to succeed faster and more effectively.
I strongly believe that providing access to effective learning & development solutions is one of the strongest levers we can create to achieve sustainable growth in the future. I am a generalist with international experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, and M&A. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building things.
Currently, I am building edyoucated, a learning technology company focused on providing personalized, skill-based, workforce development solutions to SMBs and enterprises. Our goal is to provide any employee, at any time, with exactly the right learning material based on their skill level and goals. Since 2019, edyoucated has grown to 30 employees, raising over €2.5m from leading early-stage technology investors.In my free time, I served as the Chairman for TechLabs, a leading European nonprofit organization for teaching digital skills to individuals that I co-founded in 2017. I ran general strategy, partnerships, and the internationalization of the organization while working as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. Today our international team of >300 volunteers helps >3.000 students at 16 locations across the world to learn coding skills every year.

I am leading the commercial side and board activities + investor relations, effectively combining a CRO and CEO-type position.
TechLabs | Co-Founder & (Vice-)Chairman
Co-founded the NGO TechLabs in 2017 together with David Middelbeck while we studied in Muenster. Took on role of Vice-Chairman and built and led multiple streams. Switched to Chairman Position in 2022 and left operative part with beginning of 2023.
History:
2017: From 2 founders to hire the initial founding team of 10.
2018-2019: Found product-market-fit in core niche in Muenster. 70+ NPS, >90% success rate. Strong word-of-mouth with hundreds of applications. Done with <€5k budget and organic growth. Team grew from 5 to 25.
2020-2021: I led expansion and scaled internationally. First 2 new locations in Copenhagen & Barcelona, third one failed. Learned and repeated until we ultimately scaled to 15+ locations world-wide. Reached thousands of learners. Team grew to 250+ world-wide.
2022: Took on role as Chairman and prepared "maturing process" of organisation. Growth flattened as we had to solve operational issues with scale. Put a temporal stop to any expansion efforts to focus on our "customers" - the learners & locational teams.
2023: After building out the processes and core teams, I decided to step down as Chairman and moved to an advisory role.
